There are about a hundred and 20 firearms per 100 people, which is more guns per capita than in any other country in the world. The majority says that new york gives licensing officers too much discretion, and it doesn't allow for meaningful review or appeal of the licensing officers decisions. There's an anarchist brief filed by public defenders who see how these licensing regimes inter with the punishment system. And they argue that gun laws only started being passed when white people saw themselves as self-defenders.
