The Hartman's Distilling Straight Rye Whisky, Single Barrel.

The aroma on this, definitely getting some maple. Definitely get that spice and pepper from the rye. If you find this to be a bit too strong, you can certainly cut it down with some branch or some water. But i find it straight up very, very nice. Put it in a sniffter, have it with a full bodied cigar, as is my inch nicaragua. And i am in business!
