Meditation and Physical Activity in a Time of Stress?

meditation is my number one go two. Number two that's also very, very helpful, is physical activity. Even a single no body movement session of ten minutes can decrease anxiety levels and hostility levels. It also improves positive mood state levels. Every morning, after i do my tea, meditation, i work out. And so that is how i start my day, a every morning, including all the week ends. That's why you feel good after going for a walk when you just can't take it any more in the office.
