The Problem of Multi-Realistic Modelling in Psychology
In the book, you talk about why universality is better than functionalism or multiple realizability in philosophy of mind. The idea is that one way you can get stability across very different cases is to have properties that are latively realizable. And so i think we can capture it with universality and easily apply it there. But trying to do some of these things with as little metaphysical baggage as possible, i think, is a sort of one of my goals throughout.
