The complexity is what makes a difference here in the organization and the range of functions and rolls, rather than just the size and the number of people in the organization. We have a huge team of learning coordinatos, because we have a lot of, you know, learning workshops and bits and pieces across this broad, complex organization that needs to be managed and coordinated all the time.
