The Responsibility of the Learning Didn't Lie With the Teacher

When it comes to teaching, you're the parents and the student is a baby. How do you know if you're a good teacher? Well, the student becomes a teacher. They learn the skill and they are able to teach some one else. If we were paid based on whether the student could easily and correctly do task, we'd have a completely different method of teaching. It's not easy being a teacher in that situation.
