How to Launch a Product That Attracts Customers

Springpad brought users in early to do beta testing so that we could make adjustments long, long before launch. By the time launch came, we had a ton of people to evangelize it for us. And there was tons of talking points that I got from corresponding with them through the beta process. But just one thing that I recommend is if you were just talking to your power users, they're already using the tool,.
