i really feel that literatureis a privileged mode of connection to the world, never quite direct. Every writer is refracting the world more than they're just reflecting what's around them. If we can have literature take us back there, i really in this notion that the more you bring to your sight seeing, the more you can get out of it. And and literature has helped me, and i'm not even that well read, absolutely. I feel this verng stronger.
