I know several female founders that have struggled to raise money for projects that easily would have gotten funding if they were a male, a dude. They have credentials that are insane. I'm kind of curious to dive into this is like, I felt imposter syndrome,. And I had a grave difficulty with my agency, both internally and perhaps my perceived perception of it was worse than the reality. It's just weird. Like, I think of a lot of the older, like white people that I could deal with, and they're just really they have fucking really backwards perceptions of things.

Maestro is the Founder of The Iconic Expressions, a brand marketing agency based in Cleveland, Ohio, that helps minority-owned brands connect with their audience utilizing marketing strategy and automation.
He is also the Founder of Iconic eLearning, an online education platform that teaches young minority entrepreneurs what they need to know about branding and marketing to start and scale their businesses.
