What Is Stage for of All This?
We're moving away from co dependence and back o independence, where some one can say, i like feeling like my partner is happy with me. And so what happens is a shift back into in rinsic motivation on the partner. When the harassing stops, only then intrinsic motivation, their desire to change and grow an can emerge. So when this pens and people begin focusing on themselves and what makes them feel happy and fulfilled, it can go a few different ways. The way t i always root for is that when people stop focusing on who and what their partner isn't and take responsibility for their own happiness and own well being, they can reconnect with their partner as they are.
