I remember two years ago when this entire COVID thing started I think the industry moved about six to ten years just ahead in terms of adoption of remote work. One of the mistakes that we used to do and I'm saying this as a proponent of being in the office is that we try to use the initial meeting structures and organizations that we had why we had to work remote, says Adam Grant.
