The Dolphin Emulator Is Not Safe for Nintendo Games
Nintendo has issued a cease and desist request to steam regarding the upcoming release of the dolphin emulator. Nintendo looked through the source code and they found the we common key which would be considered an item that is subject to copyright. Jesse: "I mean emulation has been always been kind of a gray area I don't think it's ever really been tested in the US court"
