The Role of the Frontal Cortex in Strokes
Face arms speech is because when you have a clot, which is usually like 80% of all strokes come from a clot, there's the greatest likelihood that the blood vessel that goes to the frontal lobe will stop. And that's why some of the early signs of stroke is slowed speech is because it's kind of stopping those neurons in that homochulus.
