It's the young people who change the world. Almost all the nobl inventions were made by younger scientists. They also have the desire to see the world better than what we're leaving to them. I get accused of practising chemistry without a license. If you know too much then you tend to think along the same lines as every one else. So i i tried lots of different things and put them together in new ways.
