The Committee on Time Outs Is Concerned About Unsporting Conduct
A time out request can only be granted if there is player control. The committee is concerned that officials are granting time outs during loose ball scenarios. Officials should not tolerate inappropriate conduct from players and coaches. A game management needs to pay particular attention to spectators. We've got faking being flopped, otherwise known as flopping at the beginning of the match by using alcohol or any form of tobacco with the arrival of a team mate.
