Right now I'm only focusing in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. We're not out of opportunities, which I don't see happening because such a large part of our city is BLM land. So purchasing land, focusing on self-storage personally. For my investors, it's a little bit different: They're really interested right now in retail centers.
