The Importance of Domestic Policy Reform

The idea with the end result would be this widespread adoption of so-called Western economic societal and political values. Are these indeed Western values at all? Look at all of the dictatorships and the protections in this happening in the West now too. I think what we've seen as well over the last 20 years is this domestic policy reform. And that had taken over from that sort of neo-liberal version of globalism, which is, well, really failed.
