What Does a Passive Leader Produce?

One of the greatest ways to create ownership in an organization is to communicate as much information as you can. A passive leader produces disengaged followers, and he or she doesn't do anything about it. When a leader doesn't address the problem, the problem is no longer the problem. The problem becomes the leader. It's very frustrating if you've ever served a passive leader.
