Toronto's Budgetary Issues
Adorno: We should have like 5,000 speed cameras. It would probably solve a large portion of Toronto's budgetary issues. Adorno: In Europe they have what are called average speed cameras. They're not the cameras we have in Toronto where if it sees you going over the speed limit, you get a ticket. He says that all that does is encourage people to drive really fast until their app that they have tells them there's a speed camera or they see a speed camera.
