And it's just not practical or good in the long run if we try to tell people in foreign countries how they should behave. Until World War II, really. The Holocaust changed everything. Just a few years later in 1948, you get the universal declaration of human rights. It's just the first case on which the organized community of nations has made the Declaration of Human Rights.
