As an employer, you have to allow for your team to actually have a real break. Some of the best advice i got ever early in my career was from a vice president at a huge, healthy organization. Just ignore the other 90%. If it's really important, wey'll pick up the phone and call you. But it takes a lot of courage to sit there with an imbox of 800 and just hit deleat all um.
