Russia's exports of discounted crude and fuel oil to China jumped to record levels last month as Putin has been trying to circumvent the Western sanctions against Moscow. Joe Barnes: We have an economy here that is being supported by China and by other nations who are willing to essentially circumvent Western sanctions or even if they are buying it at a discounted rate It is economically prosperous for them to do so because China is being sorry Russia is being forced to sell this at a rate which is considerably lower what they would have normally expected to be earning for this but how much time is an open question?
