What's the Minimum Viable Product?
N v p was like the maximum viable product, because every note was a big, complicated, super powerful application. The biggest single decision that we made was to go quiet as a company for somewhere between 18 and 24 months. We were actually very open with the users and in our community. Getting those three communities aligned up front is actually the approach, andit's its communication driven. Trust me, it's a lot of execution, and it's painful and and it takes a long time. But getting everybody alignment up front is superimportant. That's the only way you have the staying power to stick with it for as long as you stick with it.
