The best trades are the ones that you make early. If I'm the first one to pull the trigger right now, I'm gonna get Brett Boone for an extra two weeks. That also sends a message to your players. This is my most intriguing time because I wanna see what kind of poker player AJ Preller will be. Is he gonna go all in early? Is he going to make the trade and get the most back out? Is he gonna wait till the last minute? It's kind of like going online, trying to find a flight. Do I buy it? Do I get the flight three weeks out or wait until the last minute?"
