I don't think electoral reform will be or can be on his agenda, certainly in advance of an election. But thank you for giving an example of how he might approach that. He kind of equivocated a bit. He just didn't rule out negotiating with the Lib Dems and in interviews after the local elections while ruling out the SMP. It's a defensive way of doing it. What Blair did. I'm not saying he should do that, but he should do something. You need big arguments to deal with these small points.
