Are You Not Doing Well in the Interviews?
You have to think that the false positive and false negative rates for interviews are, like, am they'r there? They're high. And so when you're optimizing for to minimize the false positive rate, a, you might set a higher bar. You can be super proud of your outcome - but this is just how the die rolls sometimes. So much effort needs to be put into getting over those barriers. Your goal is not your average swings at the bat, it's about striking out if you really want to do data science.
