I think we've gotten a lot more nuanced in the language around addiction generally that these are spectrums and that it's about a problematic relationship with the thing. If you're doing it in a way that it has negative, tangible, negative impacts on your life and is precluding you from being able to do the things that you want to do long term, like, I think it's honestly probably not that helpful to think about that you're not that bad by comparison. It makes you seem better by comparison.
