The Importance of Diversifying Opinions
I think even if you're the most ardent anti-Christian atheist imaginable, it would still be a good idea to read Lewis. He's seen both sides of the picture and came back to his Christian faith in his early 30s. And after having a fairly life-changing conversion at that period, he became like some Paul. So Paul had the Damasine conversion on the road to Damascus, having been the one who was persecuting the church. But Lewis was, you know, his life was revolutionized in a similar way.
