Is There a Difference Between Immersive and Experiential Learning?
The further you get away from what people are used to, the better off you are trying to help them experience it. So much of the way I think we go as things become further divided is towards more didacticism. If you don't experience some things yourself directly, there's always going to be a gap. You're never going to be able to fully get whatever's happening in that other alien space or that other alien culture. But you can approximate. You can come close. And that may make a difference as well.
