I was introduced to you and your book by a friend of mine, Gary Davis. He told me I need to have a look at this book because you're going to love it. And as soon as I opened your book and looked at the chapters, I'm like, bomb, this guy is so aligned with my thinking around stuff. So talk to us first of all about your book's called the Upward Sparrow. What is the UpWARD Sparrow at a high level? Yeah. Well, I didn't come up with the concepts of the Upwards Sparrow, but it was popularized by Barbara Fredericks.
