The Corruption of Populism in Student Debt
The people who most want to expand standing have been on the left, you know, so that rivers can sue and frogs can sue and all this kind of stuff. And it's just kind of weird that it hasn't more of a part of the conversation a little bit. The other application of the mainstream media in this is about why this means a lot to people with student debt, not whether it's legal or illegal. They just have this amazing blind spot that if the beneficiaries are beneficiaries that they like, that they think are deserving, it's all about emotion bending the law.
