How to Put on a Performance

In jujitsu, we get a gold medal. We have two strikes on our white belt. And we are already instructors. The moment you get that second stripe on your white belt, man, you know, you're coaching from the sideline. You're countering the world. But listen, teaching is not only knowing the techniques. It's not knowing understanding them, but it's also this performance act in the well. Don't misunderstand me here. Our lives are so, so stressful and so complex, then actually throwing a joke while you're teaching is a good thing. Loosen it up. Let's have fun a little bit with this.
