Are You Always Wrong When You Analyze Data?

You need to pepper you need to fact check from time to time and like adjust your methods based on if your fact checking is right or wrong. When you analyze data, I think very often there's no feedback. So what are the methods to fight against this? A lot of training goes into just assuming that you're wrong. Good data scientists are skeptical, but I would like always be skeptical.
