Is There an Intraperneal Hemotoma?
The patient has an intraperneal hemotoma. The scan could have been better timed, but that's what it looks like. There is a moderate size hematoma in the pelvis. It appears to be from ruptured splenic artery. But there may also be an anorism on his head.
