Introduction

We're seeing another new phase of the Russia's air campaign. There was a period in March and April where we didn't see the Russians fire many missiles at the Ukrainians, at least not against Ukrainian cities. They were focusing on over the wintertime trying to destroy Ukraine's electrical grid. And then we have seen this where the past couple weeks renewed series of attacks that really started in Kyiv with the Russians trying to target specifically Ukraine's new Patriot battery.
