How can we design communication to help us achieve our goals for ample, convince people to agree with us, to hire us, to support our ideas or projects? Well, we can be really in tune with what our agenda is. If you are genuinely making a map or an iphographic that you want people to you change their behavior about, it comes back right to knowing the cultural context of the audience your working with.
All communication comes from a place of creativity and creativity is rooted in design.
