Concept Design - What Is It?
The concept designed pace is the most elusive and abstract in a certain way. The deliverables that you couldn't expect if for a client, are going to vary greatly. Sometimes it comes from the sight itself, like there is something about the sight that's just so present that you cannot ignore it. Some other time, some architects might just take something much more theoretical as the concepta ou really depends.
