Is There a Conspiracy Theory in the Workplace?

Our current work culture dates from the industrial revolution, is not always healthy for our stress levels or family life. I think that a lot of office culture in the twentieth century was unnecessarily restrictive. If you can get your work done and you don't have to polish a desk chair with your butt in a particular office, that's totally fine. The important thing from a business perspective is that the work gets done. And so i think that having more people having the flexibility to work from home and so forth is a good thing.
