I've been talking about habitual behaviour in a kind of conditioning almost, the outside world with poses on us. And I can imagine that technology is kind of pushing us around and it's very similar way. So not only are we learning virtual patterns, but we're having very highly paid intelligence software designers trying to hack our opening systems. You have to be much, much more aware of your use of it than the terms I'm talking about so as much as you've fallen into it about habitual collapse, mode of being - which is just so powerful if you're into it.
