Jim Cevallos: When the market is bad, it immediately makes me think of Jesse Livermore going fishing when there's a bear market. He says he sat out off the 2000 top for about a year and a half; made very little trades. "Those guys are getting obliterated" if they don't diversify their portfolios now,Cevallos says.
