The Commodification of Housing
The commodif leads into the commodification of housing. Luxury is used to inflate just how much have. They will ask people who buy the apartment to still have to pay a monthly fee forever, until they live there on a monthly basis. So even if you have money to buy, they have found ways for you to keep renting. It's not something that is pleasant for a sensible society. But capitalism, that isn't,. it isn't e geard for, you know, sensible organization society is geared for the maximum amount of profit. And the maximum amountof profit just so happens to mean that people will be homeless and dying in the middle of the winter on american cities
