I put on a mask in front of people, but at least i could see them every day. I just feel very avoidant towards people. Lie the idea of inviting them over, like, no, this is my house. You can't come in my space. And if i go over to them, it's like now i'm in,. i'm in their environment, and i can't easily reathe.
