Can You Just Give the Stuff Without Layers and Layers of Packaging?

Some of the people in my own family don't even drink water. They just drink soda and soda-like substances all day, every day. I met people who've never drink anything else, like not even water. There is an initiative to end plastic pollution by 2040. Wet wipes are pretty popular for young moms here in China. It takes about 100 years to break down those wet wipes.
