You Have a Bad Time and Congratulations

In 1978, the EPA gets involved. The New York State Health Commissioners granted emergency powers and they decide to evacuate children and pregnant women from the area. There's all kinds of nasty chemicals down there. I know there's a whole bunch of dioxin, which is one of the nastier ones. And you have these nasty chemicals showing up that are very stable in the environment. These dioxins are really bad because they don't degrade in the way with the old B 52 program where the jets could be in the air in like two minutes.
