What's Most Important to the Buyer?

So many of us, we get distracted like a bull by the matador, red, red flags, going all these different ways, and we're running around instead of realizing what's most important. To be a sell out is like a it's a much heavier indictmenti if that guy's a sell out, reght. So i love the phrase 'sell out' But you have to remember, as a seller, you not to have to sell everything.
