Homeopathic Medicines - Are We Going to Lose Access?
Homeopathic medicines are considered drugs under the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act. FDA says that homeopathy is grown a ton in the US, so they need to revisit the policy. When properly labeled these medicines are non-toxic and very safe. But having this policy out there is creating already right now, it's creating a lot of dysregulation in the market. We're seeing lawsuits go up because opportunistic lawyers say, oh, it's an unapproved drug and technically legally marketed.
