The Infallible Magisterium of the Corinthian Church

There's nothing about an infallible magisterium. What is he saying that they're the living voice of God, the Corinthian church? How would you even connect that? You know, Paul is the apostle here. I don't see those texts really used today because they're not very strong arguments"
