Introduction

Eddie Aftan-Dillion is a researcher at GitHub. He works on developer tools for the GitHub Co-pilot, an AI powered co-generation tool which is integrated into VS Code. Eddie received a PhD in Computer Science from Tufts University where he worked on dynamic analysis tools for Java.
