The President's Oath to Support and Defend the Constitution

If I'm elected president of the United States, I've said on day one, we're going to clean house at the highest levels of the Department of Justice. We're going to find men and women of integrity who are respected on both sides of the aisle who restore confidence in the rule of law. You have been asked a few times whether you would pardon the former president if he's convicted and if you were the president, would you? Well, I just think the question is premature. "I don't know why some of my competitors in the Republican primary presume the president will be found guilty"
