The Case of Daniel Holtzclaw

Daniel Holtzclaw was a cop in Oklahoma City and worked the night shift on the Northeast side of the city. He chose women that had records and lived in a high crime neighborhood. A lot of these women were sex workers, abused drugs,. Some did have histories of lying to the police. His victims outside of that varied from like a 17 year old girl to a 57 year old grandmother of 12. And if the women had drugs on them, he would say he wouldn't arrest him if they did what he said. But his actions were very consistent from victim to victim.
